More Effective Vocational Training is needed in the Caribbean. Training agencies must do better.

Have you been waiting a long time for Assessor training or certification from your National Training Agency? One of us here at SSNT, has been waiting 7 years to get Assessor training. Another guy waited 8 years to get Assessor training, the training took a year to complete, and he is now waiting 3 months to get the certificate. Clearly, CANTA, we have a problem here. Does any reader have a similar experience? Are you waiting unreasonable lengths of time to get Assessor training and certification from the NTA? We, here at SSNT, are very worried about this. We wonder what effect is this having on young society? We have lots of questions about the NTA, but being SSNT, we find innovative solutions.
You can do Assessor training, online, distance learning and with a personal tutor. When you want, from where you want. Here is a sample lesson, contact us for more details about out Assessment Essentials for CVQs course leading to the Assessment Level 4 CVQ.
